CuPCA
Increasing levels of copper can cause toxicity in cells and may be responsible for cell death, copper-induced cell death has been defined as cuproptosis. Previous studies have already proved that cuproptosis has a tight association with various cancers. CuPCA is the first web server that presents pan-cancer analysis mainly based on CRGs through 33 human cancers, which includes various pan-cancer analysis results on the basis of cuproptosis-related genes. CuPCA will not only provide users with analysis at gene level, but also in transcription level and the mRNA-lncRNA-circRNA conjoint level.
